At MamaNature Colostrum, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is needed. Below you’ll find our clear and transparent return guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of health and nutritional supplements, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Promotional, discounted, or bundle items are final sale.

  • Returns for multiple units purchased solely for “testing” or “trying” (e.g., ordering several bottles with intent to return most) are not accepted under our Responsible Ordering Policy.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be approved via email before being shipped back.

  • Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be processed.

  • A completed return form (provided after approval) must be included in the package.

  • For safety reasons, any product returned opened, unsealed, or used will be disposed of and cannot be refunded.

How to Return Your Order

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and provide:

  • Return approval

  • Instructions

  • The correct return address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Ship the item(s) back using a reliable tracked shipping method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost, untracked, or incorrectly shipped returns.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • After this window, orders are already being processed and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe the product has a manufacturing defect:

We will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • Items are opened, used, or not in original condition

  • Packaging is damaged beyond shipping wear

  • The return falls outside the 30-day window

  • The customer repeatedly returns items in a way that violates our policies

  • The return violates our Responsible Ordering Policy
